Just an incredible service. From the moment I called in to book my car in, Brett, the Branch Manager was very polite and professional. When I took my car in, Brett explained the process, what to expect and best case/worst case scenarios.
After they took the car in, one of the employees called Nuno started working on it straight away. Within the first 15 minutes Nuno came back to the office with a massive smile on his face to explain how he found the fault and fixed it already!!

One of the worst garages I have ever dealt with!!
After my cars refusal to start the other day I called my breakdown cover to see if they could get it started. Unfortunately after a lot of trying and tinkering under the hood they couldn't and suggested to me that the main issue appeared to be the fuel pump. I rang Mr. Clutch and explained the situation and asked if they'd be happy to perform the repair to which they said they would be. So my breakdown cover then had me and my car towed to Mr. Clutch.
Not 10 minutes after leaving the car and keys with them they rung me up suggesting that I bring my spare set of keys as they believed the car to have an issue with its engine immobiliser. I then walked back to find them dealing with the car still parked outside the garage where it was left in the car park. Their "Technician" was sat inside the car trying to start it and exclaiming loudly that the keys weren't working and that the engine immobiliser was active.
It was at this point I noticed he was using A DIFFERENT SET OF CAR KEYS THAT BELONGED TO A DIFFERENT CUSTOMER whilst trying to start my car. I pointed this out to them and he refused to admit to his mistake and still claimed it was the immobiliser. I asked them if they had even looked at the engine or the fuel pump underneath the back seat to which they said they hadn't. It was at this point they refused to do any work on the car and fuel pump or look at it any further until I had taken it to a dealership to have the immobiliser "fixed".
This was extremely unhelpful as my car still wasn't starting and as it was 1pm on a Saturday a large majority of garages had now shut for the weekend. Luckily I was able to ring an independent garage nearby that was happy to take my car and my breakdown cover was happy to tow me to them as well.
Lo and behold the independent garage had determined that the cause of the issue was indeed the fuel pump as previously expected. They also mentioned how a quick diagnostics test easily confirmed the engine immobiliser was working fine and couldn't understand why Mr. Clutch had come to this conclusion.
The obvious answer to that is that they're morons!
Therefore I'd recommend everyone to avoid this company like the plague!
